What is Stress?
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. Some examples of stress acting in my life is when I was learning for the exams that were for the next day and had a really hard answer that I took a lot of ours to study , the following day at the exam hall that exact same question came but I could not remember the chunks of the answer I studied, next I remember one time when I accidently broke a glass cup and was worried that my mom would beat me and lastly the most embarrassing time when at school I had a dance program and many people were there to watch but in the middle of the dance I messed up many steps and the following day I was scared that my teacher and friends would be mad at my performance but thankfully they just calmed me and told to stop over thinking, they even told me that mistakes always happen so I had not worry for simple things.
