There must be an independent authority to resolve conflicts.

Atleast one third if the party tickets should be reserved for women.

There should be state funding of elections. The election commission must provide funds to party.

Common people must involved in taking necessary decisions.
Parties can be reformed if they are feared of losing elections. They get feared only when people protest for reforms.
