2. By doing Exercise .

3. Early to bed , early to rise.

4. Not to smoke .

5. Be in Happy mood .

6. Morning walk.

Walking is must nd should.
Never sit continuously. Do some or the other work.
Must stop drinking habit.
Avoid eating non-vegetarian items.
