The constitution should be framed in such a way that there is no misuse or misinterpretation of it and no political or economically powerful person is benefited and the week in exploited. The politics should be in a peaceful manner and meaningful decisions should be taken. An candidate need not get a graduation but he must be able to understand the needs of people and understand science, mathematics  and other subjects to an extent.
