here is your answer

First try to know ECOSyTEM An ecosystem includes all of the living things (plants, animals and organisms) in a given area, interacting with each other, and also with their non-living environments (weather, earth, sun, soil, climate, atmosphere). Ecosystems are the foundations of the Biosphere and they determine the health of the entire earth system. It is also true that Either Directly or Indirectly every Living organism is depended or Inter-depended with the same species or Natural environmental biased factors.

Ecological imbalance is when a natural( due to Disturbance occur thru Revolution and Rotation Of earth axis) or human ( interrupted Mental and physical Nature/ Nurture on to a-caused Phobia/want too )..in overall that disturbance if/ do disrupts the natural balance of an ecosystem the said imbalance occur.

The ecological balance is the equilibrium between, and harmonious coexistence of, organisms and their environment.Protecting the ecological balance is an issue that everybody can become involved in maintaining the delicate balance of the Earth's ecosystem. for example—Recycle to help prevent the over-harvesting of natural resources.Fend ways to biodise a rough/ Deserted/ plain land..etc.

The three ways to maintain a balance between environment and development to survive are as follows:

1) Forest resources should be used in an environment friendly and developmentally sound manner.

2) Instead of using non-renewable natural resources, use of renewable   natural resources should be preferred.

3)Waste water generated by industries should be recycled.

4) We should use natural resources cautiously so that economic growth and       ecological conservation go hand in hand.
