let ones place digit = x
then tens place digit = 9-x
now number became = 10 (9-x)+x =90-10x+x =90-9x
After interchanging the no. became =100 + 9 -x = 9x +9
A T Q
90-9x+27 = 9x + 9
9x + 9x = 9 -27-90
18 x = 108
x = 108/18
x = 6
now
ones place digit = 6 &
tens place digit = 9-x = 9-6 =3
hence the required no. is 36.

● Let the digit at unit place = X
● So digit at tens place = 9-X
» Now
● Original Number = 10(9-X) + X = 90 - 9X
● When the digit are reversed then new number = 10(X) + (9-X) = 9X + 9
_____________
» Now
● According to question :-
=> 9X + 9 = 90 - 9X + 27
=> 18X = 108
=> X = 108/18 = 6
________________
● thus the unit digit = 6
» and
● tens digit = 9-6= 3
________________
● thus the Original number is "36"
