Let the two numbers be x & y. 
As per the statement:

x + y = 95
&
x = 15 y

∴
Using simultaneous equations :

We get 

x +    y  = 95
x - 15y  =   0
___________
     16y = 95
       
          y  = 5.93
(rounding off) we get:
          y  = 6   

∵ x= 15 y
   x = 15 * 6
   x = 90 
Therefore the numbers are:

x = 90 & y = 6.
