The story “Black Aeroplane” is about a pilot who feels happy and contended to fly over a city that is sleeping (at the night time). He is flying from Paris to London. ... Everything gets dark, he is unable to see, all his direction instruments stopped functioning and he lost control of the plane.
In the chapter the pilot was flying his Dakota aeroplane to his hometown London to enjoy weekends with his family.
when he reached just a distance from paris he saw large black storm clouds in front of him.
Now he had two choices either to fly back or to pass through the storm.
he choosed to fly past the plane .In between he discovered that all the implements and compass failed and the fuel was also going to end .
But then he discovered another black aeroplane and the pilot was waving his hands .
The Dakota pilot started following him and after sometime he was out of clouds and the control room was visible.
After landing he asked the control room about the black aeroplane but they. said that there. was no other plans in the storm .
