Answers
Osbert Sitwell was a revolutionary writer who composed different writings against normal convictions and suspicions of the contemporary society. In this poem, he proclaims that the times of youth are not the greatest days in a man's life. He further says that diversions played in youth have no commonsense incentive or connection in the later long periods of life. He trusts that the old long stretches of grey hair are the greatest long periods of life on the grounds that a man picks up a ton of common experience till that point.
