Look, if you report any user for their false answer (not wrong, but false), then the user's answer is removed and she/he recieves a warning. And if you report user for misbehaviour or for abusing, the penalty can be severe. Like, their ID can be removed. So be sure that you don't false report any user. But yeah, when you report, the moderators keep an eye on 'em!

If you are using the app, then message the user. Then on the top left side, you will see options. From there, you can report or block the user. ^_^
