Suresh will cover 25.3 km (or 25 3/10 if you must have it in decimal form) Simply because you must multiply 4.6 (aka 4 3/5) with 5.5 (aka 5 1/2) to get our answer. I did it in decimal form, which isn't a must, but one way to take on the situation.
