Their is lot of impact i can say.
Their are few example which i can give to you regarding this which i have encountered with:
1.Most most cleaned place which i have find in recent time is railway station and Train.Some years back we cant think about going in washroom but now lot of things has been taken care of.Yes,I know its not 100% done ,Still lot of trains are facing cleanness issue ,but that is not issue of govt not doing ,That is issue of us .We don’t keep our premises clean if it is public premises .
2)In major cities i have seen ,every day roads are been cleaned by our govt ground-level worked .
3)Proper toilets are being made every year ,but that is not utilized by public itself ,so we cant blame govt regarding this stuff.
