let age of swadesh be X
let age of seena be Y

x = 2y \ \\4(y - 6) = x + 4 substtuton \\ \ 4(y - 6) = 2y + 4  \\ 4y - 24 = 2y + 4 \\ 4y - 2y = 24 + 4 \\ 2y = 28 \\ y = 14 \\ x = 2y = 2x14 = 28

Answer:

Let the age of Seema be x years.

Therefore, age of Sudesh will be 2x years.

It is given that, If six years is subtracted from Reha's age and four years added to Ishita's age :]

Age of Seema = x - 6

Age of Sudesh = 2x + 4

According to Question now,

➳ 4(x - 6) = 2x + 4

➳ 4x - 24 = 2x + 4

➳ 4x - 2x = 4 + 24

➳ 2x = 28

➳ x = 28/2

➳ x = 14 years

Therefore,

Present age of Seema = x = 14 years

Present age of Sudesh = 2x = 2(14) = 28 years

So,

Age of Seema 3 years ago = x - 3 = 14 - 3 = 11 years.

Age of Sudesh 3 years ago = 2x - 3 = 28 - 3 = 25 years.
