first you have to go to the CREAT TAB,

then you have to go to TABLE,

then you can select RAWS and COLUMNS

u need to use create tab for creating a form


On the Create tab, click the form that u want to use . Access opens a form in Layout view, and displays the Field List pane.

In the Field List pane, click the plus sign (+) next to the table or tables that contain the fields that you want to see on the form.
