Given   :    tan⁻¹ (√((1-cosx)/(1+cosx)))    0 < x < π

To find :    सरलतम रूप में लिखिए

Solution:

 tan⁻¹ (√((1-cosx)/(1+cosx)))

(1-cosx)/(1+cosx)

हमें ज्ञात है की   cosx = Cos²(x/2) - Sin²(x/2)

= (1 - (Cos²(x/2) - Sin²(x/2)) /( 1 +  Cos²(x/2) - Sin²(x/2))

=  (1 -  Cos²(x/2) + Sin²(x/2)) /( 1  - Sin²(x/2) +  Cos²(x/2) )

हमें ज्ञात है की 1 -  Cos²(x/2)  =  Sin²(x/2)  , 1  - Sin²(x/2)  = Cos²(x/2)

=  (Sin²(x/2)+ Sin²(x/2)) /(  Cos²(x/2)+  Cos²(x/2) )  

=  2Sin²(x/2)  /2Cos²(x/2)

=Tan²(x/2)

 tan⁻¹ (√((1-cosx)/(1+cosx)))

=  tan⁻¹ ( √Tan²(x/2) )

= tan⁻¹ (  Tan (x/2) )

= x/2

 tan⁻¹ (√((1-cosx)/(1+cosx)))  = x/2
