If teacher scolded or beat studenr in good faith then it ia not crime but if a teacher beat which cause grivious hurt aur or defamw in between whole class then you can lodge an F.I.R or you can go to higher authorities.
If you go to higher authorities and if guilty of school or teacher is proved then it can leads ro cancelation of their affliction.
