You do not exactly have conversations with people on this app, but you either answer Or ask questions asked by others or yourself. Whenever you go to an unanswered question, on the bottom of the page you can see an option which says "Give Answer". You have to click on that and answer the respective question if you want.

If you have a doubt regarding someone else's answer, you cna always drop in your query baout the particular answer or question in the little option that shows the number of comments. You just have to click on comments and add your own comment.
