There are so many activities relates to chemical reaction and equation .
Here I'm telling about an activities which is soo
important I think.

1.We can perform the Chemical reaction involved in the burning of magnesium ribbon as follows:

1-Take about 2 cm long magnesium ribbon and clean it by rubbing its surface with sand paper .

2-Hold the magnesium ribbon with a pair of tongs at one end ,and heat its other end over a burner .(see figure (a) )

3-The magnesium ribbon starts burning bn with a dazzling white flame .

4-Hold the burning g magnesium ribbon over a watch glass so that the magnesium oxide powder being formed collects in the watch glass. (see figure (b) )
