PLAN
A plan is a method of achieving something that you have worked out in detail beforehand.In this we decide in detail what we are going to do and we intend to do it.

LISTEN
In this,we pay attention,keep alert and be ready
If we listen to someone ,we do what advise us to do or we believe them

STUDY
If we study,we spend time learning about a particular subject.Study is the activity of studying.If we study something,we look,watch,consider,and observe it very carefully,in order to be able to understand it fully.

PREPARE
If we prepare something,we make it ready for something that is going to happen.If we prepare for an event or an action that will happen soon,we get yourself ready for it or make the necessary arrangements
preparation is the process of getting something ready for use.They are all the arrangements that are made for a future event.

ACT
this is very important for success.When we act,we do something for a particular purpose.If we get our act together,we organize our life or our affairs so that we are able to achieve success

I will tell you some tips that will help you to concentrate better
1.have a break in between studies for example after every hour go for a walk or just play
2.dont compromise on your sleep get atleast 7 to 8 hours of sleep
3. keep yourself hydrated and dont be hungry
4.if you cannot learn the whole thing just learn a summary of the chapter and main points
5.Listen and be alrt listening is the most useful method to learn
