Game rules you must know
At the start of a Kabaddi match, toss takes place and the captain of the toss-winning team decides whether they first want to raid first or not.
In the second half of the match, the team that did not raid initially, shall begin the second half with a raid.
Take a deep breath and hold
To win a point during raiding, the raider must take a breath and run into the opposition’s side and try to touch one or more members of the opponent team and then return to his or her half of the field before breathing again.
Say Kabaddi till the last seond
To prove that another breath hasn’t been taken, the rider must continue to repeatedly say the word ‘Kabaddi’. If the raider fails to do this then he must return to his side of the court without points and the opponent team is awarded a point for their successful defense.

The team that is being raided must defend themselves from the raider and try not to get touched by the raider. Raiders may only be grabbed by their limbs or torso, not by their hair, clothes or anywhere else, and defenders are not permitted to cross the center line.
Rules of Badminton serving
Players must serve diagonally across the net to their opponent. As points are won then serving stations move from one side to the other. There are no second serves so if your first serve goes out then your opponent wins the point. A serve must be hit underarm and below the servers waist.
