Here is your answer,

4z - 3 / 2z + 1 = 5/7

7 ( 4z-3 ) = 5 ( 2z+1 )

28z - 21 = 10z + 5

28z - 10z = 5 + 21

18z = 26

Z = 26/18

Z = 13/9
