4 \sqrt{3} {x}^{2} + 5x - 2 \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  = 4 \sqrt{3}  {x}^{2}  + 8x - 3x - 2 \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  = 4x( \sqrt{3} x + 2) -  \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{3}x + 2) \\  \\  = ( \sqrt{3} x + 2)(4x -  \sqrt{3} )
