Answer

Clean freshwater is an essential ingredient for a healthy human life, but 1.1 billion people lack access to water and 2.7 billion experience water scarcity at least one month a year.

By 2025, two-thirds of the world's population may be facing water shortages.

Climate change, such as altered weather-patterns (including droughts or floods), deforestation, increased pollution, green house gases, and wasteful use of water can cause insufficient supply.

All causes of water scarcity are related to human interference with the water cycle.

HEY MATE :

☆ Water scarcity in india especially in some states results in huge amount of loss of deaths and drought in many places

☆ people who live in villages face more water scarcities especially for drinknig, cooking etc

☆ the people who live in cities require huge amt of water. So, they take water from dug wells and rivers in the villages and pay small amt of money to the farmers and the village people

☆ So, farmers cannot produce good and qualitied products and they suffer without rain.

☆ It already affects every continent and around 2.8 billion people around the world at least one month out of every year. More than 1.2 billion people lack access to clean drinking water.
