Ibuprofen is an anti pain medicine.

Paracetamol is an anti fever and anti pain medicine.

Paracetamol 325 mg can be taken along with Ibuprofen 400mg .

Ibuprofen dose for normal human being varry from 200 mg to 600 mg twice a day!.

Paracetamol dose for normal human varry from 250 to 650 mg thrice a day means 6 to 7 hr between second dose .

Ibuprofen is not the safe medicine during pregnancy on other hand the paracetamol is the safest Medicine during pregnancy.
