according to me undo is used when we have deleted something and it was important and we need it then we use control + undo and it reappears on screen but I don't know about redo

We use UNDO because humans make many mistakes and we typing anything in the computer then we made mistakes then we use UNDO for solve the mistake

We use REDO for doing the work again .
