 \sqrt{ \sqrt{ - 3} + 1 }  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{ \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{ - 1} + 1 }  \\  \\   =  >  \sqrt{ \sqrt{3}i + 1 }

As we know that : √-1 = i

 {( \sqrt{3} i + 1)}^{ \frac{1}{2} }
