Experience and knowledge are the same things but different side of coin.

How can start ups do well when giant corporation full with experience experts could not do it.

Point is, knowledge is equally important in innovation.

Experience guy has better ability to judge the world. But logically with age your experience should increase. In that case, why are there differences. A 5 year experience in Financial modeling is not comparable between two persons.

But on other hand, Girl at 21 with high school degree, can have more knowledge than 21 year old girl who passed graduation.

Experience doesn't improves efficiency nor effectiveness. Rather it's a measure of reliability.

Knowledge on other hand can do anything, but it's unproven.

Experience is proven.

You listen to experience person to gain knowledge. You don't gain experience by listening.

Everything in this arguments must be looked from contextual point of view. It can not be generalized. In technology, knowledge surpasses experience. In military, experience is key.

In marketing, experience is ahead.

In innovation, knowledge plays key role.

In personal relationships, it's a different. In society, politics, experience and knowledge need to have different weights.

In my opinion, in your life you can have limited experience. But you certainly can have much more knowledge.

Conclusion, don't compare two persons based on experience or knowledge. Every person has different abilities to understand, evaluate and execute.

A person has much more parameters to get judged for a particular task. It will always remain a challenge to get good quality personnel,however great may be the technology.

I am also agree with you. knowledge can teach you about any thing but experience can teach you how to use it or how to take benefits from it.

Not just me and you but whole world thinks that' way that's why experienced candidate get preference than scholar one in jobs.

The most known example is Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani he was average in studys but he has great experience of corporate sector that experience took him so long and made him successful in life.

Add life to days not days to life...☺️
