therefore, for rs 5250 no of chairs that can be purchased = ( 13 * 5250) / 6825
= ( 13*1050)/1365
= 1050/105
= 10 chairs

So required answer is :
No of chairs that can be purchased for Rs 5250 = 10 chairs
