The a rectangle and parallelogram are on the same base and between the same parallels if height of Telegram is 4 cm and length of the base of rectangle is 8 cm find the area of the parallelogram

We know that .....
If two parallelograms(rec is also a ||gm) are on the the same base and between same parallel lines then they are equal in area.
Base of ||gm= Base of rectangle.
(because they lie on the same base)
So area of ||gm= base × height
=8×4
$= {32cm}^{2}$

ar of parallelogram =base ×height

base (b) =8cm

height (h)=4cm

ar of parallelogram =8×4

ar of parallelogram=32 sq.cm
