let the base =x
so altitude =1/3*x
Area of triangle=1'2*b*h
Area!=1/2*x/3*x
Area=x*x/6
cost of cultivating =100/29990.04
=1/299.904
Area=cost of cultivating
x*x/6=1/299.904
x*x=6/299.904
x*x=1/49.984
x=7.06

altitude =1/3*x
=1*7.06/3
=2.3533
base=x
=7.06
