The area enclosed by a circular coil of 2000 turns is
10 cm². Its plane is kept perpendicular to a magnetic
id of 0.3 Wb m and is rotated through 180°.
Calculate the change in magnetic flux.
Hint: The change in magnetic flux will be same for all
the turns and its value will be 2 BA. If the number of
turns in the coil be N, emf will be induced in each turn
and it will be added up for all the turns.
Ans. 6 x 10-4 W
l ah n coil of 50 turns change

Answer:

The magnetic flux will be 0.6 W

Explanation:

According to the problem the circular coil having r number of turns has covered d unit of area area.

here r is the number of turns and d is area covered.

According to the problem the magnetic field m=0.3 Wb m^(-2)

and it is rotated through 180° rotations

Therefore the magnetic flux will be,  ϕ=rmd=2000*0.3*0.001=0.6 W
