Let the length of radius of inner circle = r
Area of outer circle = π×32/2×32/2
Area of inner circle = πr^2

Given π(16)^2 - πr^2 = 352
or, π×(16^2 - r^2) = 352
or, 22/7 * (256 - r^2) = 352
or, 256 - r^2 = 112
or, -r^2 = -144
or, r = 12 or -12

Since, lenght of radius can't be negative
therefore, the lenght of radius of inner circle = 12 m
Diameter of inner circle = 24 m. (Ans.)
