the area of a rectangular lawn is equal to X square + 12 x + 35 square metre find the length and breadth of the rectangle alone if the cost of fencing this long with wires is rupees 3000 at the rate of 25 rupees per metre then find out the value of x and hence the actual dimension of the rectangular lawn

find the factors
x^2+12x+35=x^2+5x+7x+35
=x(x+5) +7(x+5)
=(x+5) (x+7)
so length and breadth are(x+7)m &(x+5) m respectively
perimeter=x+5+x+7
=2x+12

omnamahshivayy: this is half solution
omnamahshivayy: in ans 1value L = x+7 nd 2nd value B = x+5 and third value is x=24 and fourth value is L =29 and fifth value is B=31
omnamahshivayy: not say value it is the ans
