Answer:

Area of square = (side)^2 = 132.25

side = (132.25)^(1/2) = 11.5

perimeter of square = 4 × side = 11.5 × 4 = 46

Now man runs 3 times around the square feild, i.e 3 time around the perimeter = 46 × 3 = 138

So, answer is 138 km

Solution :-

Area of square field = a²

⇒ a² = 132.25

⇒ a = √132.25

⇒ a = 11.5

Side of square field is 11.5 km

Now

Perimeter of square park = 4 × side

4 × 11.5

⇒ 46

Perimeter of square field is 46 km

Man run 3 times around field. So , multiply this perimeter by 3.

⇒ 3 × 46

⇒ 138

Man travelled a distance of 138 km
