Let the side of square be a.

Let the length and breath of the rectangular field be l and b.

l=2b .......(1)

Area of square field=5184m^2

a^2=5184

a=√5184

a=72m

Perimeter of square field=Perimeter of rectangular field

4a=2(l+b)

2a=l+b

From (1)

2×72=2b+b

144=3b

b=48 m

l=2b

l=2×48

l=96m

Area of rectangular field=l×b

=96×48

Area of rectangular field=4608m^2
