the area of a square field is 7744m sq.a man takes 5 round around this field. find the distance covered by him

Area of a square field=7744 m².


Finding side:

Area=side*side.
Area=side².
7744=side².
√7744=side.
√7744=88=side.

Therefore, side=88 m.

Perimeter of the field=4(side).
=4(88).
=352.

Therefore, perimeter of the field=352 m.


A man takes 5 rounds around this field.

So, distance covered by him in 1 round = perimeter, and in 5 rounds = 5*perimeter.


Total distance covered=5*perimeter.
=5*352.
=1,760 m.

Therefore, he covered a distance of 1,760 m=1.76km.
