Hi friend,

Length of rectangle = 16 cm

Breadth of rectangle = 4 cm

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

=> 16 × 4 = 64 cm²

Area of square = Area of rectangle

Side² = Length ×Breadth

Side² = 64

Side = ✓64

Side = 8 cm

Hence,

The Length of the side of the square = 8 cm
