Answer:

=> Breadth is 4 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:-

Side of a square ( a ) = 16 cm

Length is 64 cm,

To find:- Breadth = ?

As we know that,

Area of square = {$ a^2

Therefore,

Area of given square = {$16^2=256{$cm^2

As per the question,

Area of rectangle = Area of square ... ( Given )

=> {$l\times $b = {$ a^2

=> ( 64 ) \times $b = 256

=> b=\frac{256}{64}$

=> b = 4 cm

As per the given data in the question

In the above question it is given that

We have find the value of given expression

Given,  the area of a square of side is  16 cm

Rectangular of the length is 64 cm

We have find breadth

We have used formula

Area of square =a^{2}

The area of square 16 cm putting the value

\Rightarrow a^{2} \\=16^{2}\\=256 cm^{2}

Area of rectangle =Area of square

\Rightarrow 1*b=a^{2} \\\Rightarrow 64*b =256\\\Rightarrow b=\frac{256}{64} \\\Rightarrow b=4 cm

Hence the required value of breadth will be 4cm.
