okay...so let's take the side of the square as x.
so it's perimeter is 4x.
length of the rectangle is 48 that is 3 times the breadth as given.
it's breadth is equal to 48/3 that is 16.
so the perimeter of the rectangle is 2 ( l + b ) that is 128.
and we know that the perimeter of the square equals to that of the rectangle.
so 4x=128
so x=128÷4=32
so the area of the square is
32×32=1024 meter squared.
so it's perimeter is 4x.
