Answer:-

Base = 45 cm

Given :-

perimeter of square = 120 m

height of parallelogram = 20m

To find :-

Base of the parallelogram.

Solution:-

First, we have to find the sides of square.

perimeter of square is given by :-

 p = 4 \times side

 120 = 4 \times side

 side = \dfrac{120}{4}

 side = 30 cm

Now,

Area of square is given by :-

 A = (side) ^2

 A = (30) ^2

 A = 900 m^2

Since, area of square = area of parallelogram.

 900 = b\times h

 900 = b \times 20

 b = \dfrac{900}{20}

 b = 45 m

hence,

The base of parallelogram will be 45 m.
