this is the answer only if
parallelogram and the rectangle lies on the same base and same height.
because in the question it's not mentioned that YSXR lies in a same line.

The height of a parallelogram is "8 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

In \ a \ parallelogram \ "pqrs",\\\\The \ Area,A=152 \ cm^2\\The \ base (pq),b=19 \ cm\\The \ height,h=?\\\\As \ we \ know,\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values \ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\152=19\times h\\\\h=\frac{152}{19}\\ \\h= 8 \ cm
