Answer:

according to question :-

area = l*b

area /b = l

96/8 = length

12 cm = length

now perimeter = 2(l+b) = 2(12+8) = 2*20 = 40cm

hope you understand plz thank my answer

\qquad\quad\mathcal{ANSWER}

Given:

  • Area of rectangle = 96cm²
  • Breadth = 8cm

To find:

  • Length and perimeter of rectangle

Solution:

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

⇒ 96 = length × 8

⇒ length = 96/8

\therefore{\sf{\fbox{Length = 12cm}}}

__________________________

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

⇒2( 12 + 8 )

⇒2(20)

\therefore{\sf{\fbox{Perimeter = 40cm}}}
