The areas of the similar triangles are in the ratio of 25:36 what is the ratio of their recepective heights

Hi ,

If A1 , A2 are the areas of two

similar triangles and h , H are their

corresponding heights then

A1/A2 = ( h/H )²

Here ,

A1/A2 = 25/36 ( given )

( h/H )² = ( 5²/6² )

h/H = 5/6

h : H = 5 : 6
