the auto fare in city is as follows: it has a fixed cost and rest for distance covered. write a linear equation, if for the distance of 10km the cost is Rs. 98. write the equations for 15km and 25 km wen fare is Rs.143 and Rs.243 respectively.

Lets take fixed cost rate for the distance covered = x 
Now for distance = 10 km and fare is = 98 rs so our linear equation is As:
10 x = 98  ------------------- ( 1 )

Now for linear equation for distance = 15 km and fare = 143 rs As:
15 x  = 143  ----------------- ( 2 )

And 
For linear equation for distace = 25 km and fare = 243 rs As:
25 x  = 243  ----------------- ( 3 )
