Let the speed be 7x and 8x
Now,
$= > 8x = \frac{400}{4} \\ = > 8x = 100 \\ = > x = 12.5km \:per \: sec$
Now,
Speed of first train=
$= > 7x \\ = > 7 \times 12.5 \\ = > 87.5km \: per \: hrs$
