height = x
base = 3x

14580/1080 =  13 .5

1/2 x b x h = 13.5

1/2 x 3x x x = 13.5

3x x x = 13.5 x 2

3x^2 = 27

x^2 = 27/3 = 9

x = √9

x = 3

height = 3 and base = 9

Area of triangle => 14580 / 1080
                       => 13.5

Let height =  x

and base = 3 x

area of traingle =  \frac{1}{2} X base X height

13.5 =  \frac{1}{2}X 3x X x

[tex]3x X x = 13.5 X 2 [/tex]

[tex]3 x^{2} = 27 x^{2} = \frac{27}{3} x^{2} = 9 x = \sqrt{9} x = 3[/tex]

so, height = x = 3

base = 3x = 3 x 3 = 9.
