\huge{Given\: -}

The base of an isosceles triangle is 5/3 cm and it's perimeter is 43/6 cm.

\huge{To\: Find}

The length of other two sides

\huge{Solution}

Let ABC be the required isosceles triangle with base BC = 5/3 cm

\mathcal{Now\: we\: know\: that}

<b>An isosceles triangle has 2 sides equal</b>

So, let the two equal sides, i.e. AB and AC be 'x' cm

Now, Perimeter is the sum of all sides.

Hence,

Perimeter = BC + AB+ CA

=> 5/3 + x + x = 43/6

=> x + x = 43/6 - 5/3

=> 2x = 43-10/6

=> 2x = 33/6

=> x = 33/6×2

=> x = 33/12

Hence,

AB = x = 33/12 cm
AC = x = 33/12 cm

\mathcal{Hence, \:the\: two\: equal\: sides\: \\of \: the \: triangle\: are\:-}
\bold{\mathcal{\red{33/12\: cm}}}
