Area of parellogram=1152 sq cm
We know that,
Area of parellogram=BASE*Altitude
1152=8x*4x
1152=32x^2
x^2=1152/32
x^2=36
x=+6 or x=-6(x=-6 is not possible)
So,
x=6
Base of parellelogram=8x=8*6=48 cm
Altitude=4x=4*6=24 cm
