Every democratic country of india faces this challenge in one for or the other.To deepen the spirit of democracy further effective public participation is required.By strengthening the political institutions that help people's participation and control the roots of democracy can be deepened.By reducing the power of rich and powerful people,democratic ideals can be strengthened and deepened.

Deepening of democracy involves strengthening of the institutions which promote citizen's welfare .So it usually means strengthening of institutions that help people's participation and control so it usually means controlling the rich and the powerful so they will not intefere so every democracy faces hindrance in form of rich people

1.They should hold organisational meeting and conduct internal elections
2.There should be state funding of the parties
3.It should be mandatory for all political parties to give 1/3 seats to the womens
