Take a right angle triangle BOC,
BC2 = OB2 + OC2
=> BC2 = (10)2 + (10)2
=> BC2 = 100 + 100
=> BC2 = 200
=> BC = √200
=> BC = √(100*2)
=> BC = 10√2
So, the length of the chord is 10√2 cm
